1. Executive Summary & Readiness Index

The CBAM Readiness Index (0–100%) evaluates an enterprise's preparedness across four dimensions:

Primary Data Coverage: Ratio of actual facility emissions vs. default emission factor fallbacks.

Audit Verification State: Percentage of locked quarterly declarations verified by accredited third parties.

Precursor Integrity: Completeness of tier-1 and tier-2 supplier carbon passports.

Financial Exposure: Estimated CBAM certificate liability (EUA price × embedded emissions delta).

2. Generating the Executive Board Pack

Navigate to Executive FinanceBoard Packs.

Select the target Financial Year and Fiscal Quarter.

Choose the reporting scope (CBAM Exposure, CCTS Liability, BRSR Core).

Click Generate Board Pack PDF.
